We publish state lending rules, storefront directories and cost data. We can fix our data and answer questions about it — but we cannot advise on a specific loan or change any lender's decision.

Where to write
General questions and data corrections. hello@lendmapusa.net — the fastest route for anything about the site itself: a wrong storefront listing, a closed location, a state figure you believe is off, or a question about how we built something.
Privacy. privacy@lendmapusa.net — privacy questions and statutory requests. What we can process, and how, is described on the CCPA requests page; this site collects no personal information of its own.
Security. security@lendmapusa.net — to report a technical issue or vulnerability. Please include steps to reproduce; see our security page for how the site is built.

Corrections that help other readers
Storefront data comes from a public business-directory snapshot, and stores really do close and relocate. If a listing is wrong, email hello@lendmapusa.net with:
- the city and state page where you saw it;
- the store name and address as listed;
- what is wrong — closed, moved, wrong phone, wrong category.
Our sourcing and correction standards are on the editorial policy page. Verified corrections are applied at the next data refresh.
Scope
What we cannot help with
We are an advertising referral and information service — not a lender, broker or adviser. That means we can't: approve, deny or speed up any application; change the rate or terms a lender offered you; tell you which lender will take your application; or give legal or financial advice. Applications submitted through our form are processed by an independent third-party network, and any offer comes solely from a lender in it.
For those, go to the source: contact the lender directly using the details in your loan agreement, or call your state regulator — every state page names and links it. Regulators take complaints about licensed lenders and about illegal ones, and they act on them.
We read everything, but we can't promise an individual reply to every message. Nothing on this site or in our replies is legal advice.
