These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lendmapusa.net (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using lendmapusa.net, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

2. We are not a lender

LendMap USA is not a lender, loan broker, creditor, financial institution or agent for any of them. We do not make loans or credit decisions, do not issue offers, and do not arrange loans. We publish information about state lending laws and display advertising, including calls-to-action that lead to a third-party loan request form. Nothing on this Site is an offer or solicitation to lend in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

3. Loan inquiries and your authorization

If you choose to submit a loan request through the form linked from this Site, you understand and agree that: (a) the form is operated by an independent third party, not by us; (b) the information you provide will be shared with independent lenders and lending partners in that network to process your request; (c) you authorize them to contact you by telephone, email or mail regarding your request, even if your phone number appears on a do-not-call registry, subject to their terms and applicable law; and (d) we are not a party to that transaction and receive no control over it.

4. APR disclosure

Some lenders and lending partners in the networks reachable from this Site offer products with APRs in the following ranges: short-term cash advances of $100–$1,000 with 7–31 day terms may carry APRs of 200%–1,386%; installment loans of $100–$5,000 with 3–24 month terms may carry APRs of 6.63%–225%; personal loans of $100–$35,000 with 1–5 year terms may carry APRs of 4.99%–450%. These ranges are not offers, and many states cap pricing below these levels or prohibit the products entirely. Actual rates depend on the lender, your state and your application. 5. No financial or legal advice

All content on the Site is general information about state lending law, published without knowledge of your circumstances. It is not legal, financial, tax or credit-counseling advice, and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created by using the Site. Laws change; verify current limits with your state regulator (linked on every state page) before relying on them.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's name, design, compiled dataset and original text are protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote or reproduce short excerpts of factual data (statutory limits, rates, fees) with attribution and a link; you may not republish the site wholesale, scrape it at scale, or present it as your own product without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LendMap USA and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages — including loan terms you accept, credit decisions, or losses arising from third-party services — arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to statutes, regulators and a third-party application form. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any lender reached through the Site are solely between you and that lender.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may change these Terms. Statutory data is updated periodically — see the data stamp in the footer.
